Right out of the sixty comes this 1948 Ford Sedan with it's OK Tire advertising covering it. Last driven in 1963, then parked with a thrown rod through the pan. The owner sold the car, and went into the Service that same year. This cool ride has been in storage all that time. The car is a Super deLuxe, has a Columbia two speed rear end with all the controls attached and sports it's Appleton spotlight as it did so many years ago. The trunk lid had some custom work done back when, shaved and a third light added with inside pull release. This car is very sound with very little rust, just light surface rust and two spots through the pan, one in the center floor of the trunk and one on the drivers side floor next to the door about 2"x 5". The floor pans are in great shape and no rusr out on the body at all.The engine did pitch a rod through the pan so how much damage the engine has, I do not know. I do have a extra pan that goes with the car to replace the bad one. The engine in the car is the numbers maching block. This car could be a cool ride as is with just a little work, and will be the talk of the show.

Not currently running, but it does come with over $1400 in new parts to make it run: Radiator and hoses, hub assemblies, brake drums and pads, wheel bearings, oil, filters and more. Also comes some exterior pieces such as head light rings. Drivetrain is the 3-spd column shift manual transmission with the original flathead V-8 motor. my second car ! which i keep upstate when i was like what~ 20 years old and the car was 20 years old and red and key scratched down both sides and big x's on the hood and trunk~ 352 cid with FMX tranny~ twodoor hard top with black bucket seats man i loved this automoble
this little pony is parked down the street by the juvie jail and man is this puppy clean and purty
but for the unfortunate hood history
nice ride~
i should have left a note on the windshield~ take me back in time with you
just gotta love the squared rear end and tail light future targets
clean lines pure perfect dreamy history parked right out on the streets made to pull me away to a world i never got to live in~ really~
